GOLF - THE RYDER CUP
The Helicentre Charter Team were based at the K club throughout the four day event, flying corporate clients and VIP's by Agusta 109 helicopters.
The team was headed by Emma Routledge who said "the bad weather failed to dampen our spirits or the atmosphere at this years Ryder Cup. We were kept extremely busy throughout the event, flying VVIP's back and forth to the spectacular K Club in Dublin".
The International event resulted in victory for the European team, who held the Ryder Cup aloft in an emotional ceremony.
The Helicentre look forward to the 2010 Ryder Cup which will be played at Celtic Manor in Wales.
Helicentre is experiencing the best time ever - students are gaining excellent results; new existing helicopters are due to arrive in the next couple of months and the charter team are acquiring new contracts.
